Reading Archers are a friendly and supportive archery club, who are affiliated to the Grand National Archery Society, the Southern Counties Archery Society and the Berkshire Archery Association. The members meet regularly to practice their art, hone their skills and socialise. Reading Archers are exclusively a target shooting club.
The club has a very full shooting calendar. During the Summer season, eight closed club competitions are shot, all of which, with the exception of the club championship, are shot under handicap. In the Winter season, we do monthly Frostbite shoots as well as weekly Portsmouth round shoots, with the club taking part in postal competitions for both. The club also takes part in several open shoots organized around the area and runs club nights. If you want more information on where to find us and our regular shoot times, click here.
